Project Brief

Port Pheonice is a highly luxurious resort located 35 km at South Marsa Alam International Airport with
an eastern view of the Red Sea Coast.
The Resort total area is approx. 3.2 million sqm. It will be comprised of a 3-star hotel with a total of 750
rooms and 2,250 residential units for a total of more than 3,000 rooms.
